Now, I have to say that for the first time in history, India is issuing such a large-scale, continuous NOTAM, whether it’s our border with Pakistan, the Arabian Sea, or even the Northeast region of India. If you look at Central India, India will conduct military exercises there as well. I mean, what does NOTAM mean? The full form of NOTAM is Notice to Airmen. This means that a message has been sent to all civil aviation airlines that certain dates will be announced in the coming time. On those dates, you will not fly any of your aircraft in this region because missiles and fighter jets will fly there. So, this is an unprecedented step by India. I have never seen that we issue so many NOTAMs on both our Western and Eastern borders in a single month. The question that arises here is, is something big about to happen? You might remember that a few weeks ago, literally three weeks ago, Pakistan’s Defense Minister, Khawaja Asif, said, “The risks are real. A war with India is absolutely possible.” Of course, they then added that they would strive for better results this time. For them, better results mean that missiles won’t be hitting air bases. This effort will be made. But this statement itself matters a lot: “The chances of war with India are real.” On the other hand, if you look at it, a major security issue has arisen regarding Northeast India. Now, Bangladesh’s media and its officials are constantly making statements about the Northeast. Furthermore, news has recently emerged that Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI, has begun establishing its footprints in Bangladesh. And when I say footprints, literally, the ISI has set up a cell in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. The effort of these Pakistanis is to focus on India’s Northeast region. They try to create problems for India there. And all this is properly documented. You’ll see that Pakistani generals have gone to meet with Mohammad Yunus. You’ll remember that the cover of the infamous book was also in the news, where a map of Greater Bangladesh was shown. All this is not a coincidence. We are not establishing any links here. This is all happening in front of us. And somewhere, India needs to send a proper message to its neighborhood that the Indian military is ready to protect India’s sovereignty. And if tomorrow, say, there is an attack on India, we will begin to continue Operation Sindoor. And regarding this, you will see that India’s Vice Admiral has also given a very important statement that Operation Sindoor is still on, the message to be conveyed with our ongoing exercises. All the maneuvers we are conducting with foreign countries and our own plans are in place without any hindrance. We are ready and deployed as part of Operation Sindoor, both presently and in the future. It is ongoing. I will repeat this to all of you: Operation Sindoor is not over. It is still ongoing, and we are moving forward with our military plans. That is a very simple message that we are looking at. I want you to watch this clip. We are preparing for Sindoor. We are ready for the ongoing Sindoor exercise. We are deployed. And as for the rest of our plans, we will continue with those as well. So that’s a very simple message we’re looking for. Now, this video itself sends a very strong message to Pakistan. And I have to mention this, at a time when NOTAMs are being issued in various parts of India, and it’s clearly visible that the Indian military is most prepared. We are fully alert and ready for any eventuality. India is perhaps planning something big here. Pakistan currently has a propaganda IT wing. These people create and circulate numerous AI videos. They have fake accounts that often comment on Indian YouTube channels. So, I would urge you all to never believe any artificially altered video. For example, let me show you an account on Twitter. It must have been verified. The person must have paid to get the verified tick, and they shared this video of India’s Lieutenant General. The video I’m about to play is a fake AI-generated video. It claims that Bihar elections are coming up, so we’ll conduct some military activity. This is a fake AI video, and the PIB has also shared that these people are frequently altering real videos through AI and spreading them on Indian social media so that Pakistan can spread its propaganda at a time when India is conducting numerous war exercises. Unfortunately, some Indian users also replay such videos, hoping they’ll get views. But I urge you all to always keep two things in mind: is the person commenting in any comment section genuinely Indian, or is he simply making up a name to appear Indian?You know, he is making comments against India or spreading Pakistan’s propaganda and secondly, if you see any video on xSpot.com or anywhere on Facebook, is it a genuine video or is it an AI video? Now, this video is a fake video, you will be able to see it. Soldiers, we all know, this so-called All Threshold Exercise is being pushed for political optics to boost the image for the Bihar elections. Again, this is a fake video and you will be able to see the real video here. Where Indian Army is following the political reaction of new normal, as we have been told that today any act of terror in the country, whenever it happens, will be an act of war. This is a new stance of India. If any terrorist attack happens on India, we will consider it an act of war. This is variant. We have established this new normal. Meaning, this thing will be normal now. This is a new status now that even if a terrorist attack occurs, India will respond as if war has been declared on India. So, as a military of the Indian Army, we have to prepare for this, any act which is going to happen. So, for this, in South Western Command, we have undertaken a series of steps to ensure that our activities are aligned and we are fully prepared to respond to the enemy if any misadventure is taken anywhere in the country. So, the war exercises we are conducting today are a form of preparation so that if any misadventure occurs against India tomorrow, we can respond promptly and immediately with appropriate military action. As far as issuing notes in the Northeast is concerned, I have noticed a very interesting pattern. In the years 2020, 2021, 22, and 23, there were only one or two military exercises in the Northeast every year, and many of them, you can say, we conducted with Bangladesh. In 2020, we conducted a war exercise called Samprat with Bangladesh. We conducted this in Meghalaya. In 2021, we conducted a war exercise called Him Vijay in Arunachal Pradesh. In 2022, there was a war exercise called Kazakistan with India. This happened. In 2023, there were two war exercises, one of which was the India-Bangladesh military exercise. All this changed after Sheikh Hasina was toppled and Muhammad Yunus came to power. I’ve been observing since 2024. Suddenly, the number of exercises we conduct in the Northeast has increased. You’ll see that in 2024, we conducted the India-France exercise, Shakti, in Meghalaya. We also conducted the India-Mongolia exercise, Nomadic Elephant, in Meghalaya. Then, we conducted a tri-service military exercise in Arunachal Pradesh in November 2024, called Eastern Prahar. Now, in 2025, the number of exercises has increased fivefold. I’m talking about five military exercises, as of September. Now, with the NOTAM issued, you can assume six, and the year isn’t even over yet. It’s possible that we’ll conduct more in the Northeast by December. We’ve completely changed everything. You’ll see that the India-Thailand exercise took place in the Northeast in 2025. Then we conducted a tri-service exercise called Prachand Prahar in Arunachal Pradesh. Achhuk Prahar, an Army and ITBP exercise, was held in Arunachal Pradesh. Then we conducted Yudh Kaushal 3.0 in Arunachal Pradesh. Then, Seom Prahar—I mean, look, this NOTAM issue is getting more news because, for the first time, we’re conducting joint exercises on both the Western and Eastern borders, and also in Central India. There’s also talk of a missile test, and that India will conduct one. All of this at the same time. This is very rare. And what we’re seeing today—you could say, in terms of war preparedness, India probably wasn’t as prepared even before Operation Sindoor as it is today. That’s why everyone is wondering if something big is about to happen. Or maybe India is sending a message to its neighborhood to avoid any misadventures. The Indian Army is ready.
